Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

At Fashion Hut, we take pride in delivering premium custom T-shirts. Since each product is made to order, returns are limited to specific cases.

  1. Eligibility for Returns/Refunds
    We accept returns or refunds only if:
    • The product delivered is damaged or defective
    • You received the wrong item
    • The size or print is completely different from the order

  2. Non-Returnable Items
    • Custom T-shirts with personalized text or designs
    • Items worn, washed, or altered by the customer
    • Orders returned without approval

  3. Reporting an Issue
    You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following:
    • Order ID
    • Photos and video proof of the product
    • Description of the issue

  4. Refund Method
    • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
    • In some cases, store credit may be issued.

  5. Replacements
    If eligible, a replacement will be shipped at no additional cost.

  6. Order Cancellation
    • Cancellations must be made within 6 hours of placing the order.
    • Once processing starts, cancellation may not be possible.
